A telecoms company was looking to recruit a marketing manager for a new
division of its business. Via a recruitment partner of SPM Online, the
Role Profiler was used alongside the standard person and job specification
to isolate the soft skills required for the role. Within just 15 minutes,
the client was able to hone down exactly what they were looking for. The
top three applicants were invited to complete the Individual Profiler
analysing both soft and hard competences together. The results of the
Individual profile were matched against the client requirement and the
individual was invited for an interview. Having a successful match ensured
both client and individual satisfaction, as they were both confident that
the individual would be able to fulfil the role and excel in the new position.
